Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility 
- We accept returns within **14 days** of the delivery date.  
- Jewelry must be returned in brand-new condition and in its original packaging;otherwise,a refund cannot be issued.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.  

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:  
❌ Underwear, swimwear & pierced jewelry  
❌ Personalized/customized products  
❌ Gift cards & downloadable software

4.Return Shipping
Upon approval:  
• We’ll email a prepaid **return shipping label**  
• Include instructions for return address and procedure  
*Unauthorized returns will not be accepted*

5.Damaged/Defective Items  
Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Contact us **within 48 hours** if:  
• Product is defective/damaged  
• Wrong item received  
We will evaluate and resolve promptly.

6.Exchanges  
For fastest replacement:  
1. Return original item  
2. Place new order once return is accepted 

7.Refunds  
• Processed within **10 business days** after we receive/inspect return  
• Issued to **original payment method**  
• Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days
