4. Order Tracking
If you have registered on Lemonsu.com, you can track your order and shipping information through your account. If you haven’t registered, you can use your order ID and email address to track your order on our tracking page.

5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund without additional handling fees. Once the product is shipped, order cancellation and refund will not be granted.

6.Return Shipping Fees

•   We cover return shipping for items with **product defects**.  
•   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for **change of mind** or personal preference returns.
